We will consider structuring a facility as long as sufficient assets are offered as security, e.g. a first mortgage bond over immovable property.

 

We will release up to 80% of available funds from property transactions to qualified lenders against an undertaking by the conveyancer. We bridge estate agents’ commission, the proceeds from sale of property, rates and transfer duties, and bond proceeds. We are on average 10% cheaper than our competitors.

We finance the acquisition of development land and the installation of services for the purposes of development.
